We are seeking a Client Management Specialist to join our Client Management team! The Client Management Specialist is responsible for supporting Client Managers with renewals, billing, claims, and client education and can grow into the Senior Client Management Specialist and/or the Client Manager I role over time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the generation of renewal information requests and issuing renewal letters.
- Update Salesforce.com CRM information during the renewal process.
- Assist in the resolution of billing, claims, eligibility, and other client service issues as needed.
- Coordinate with Client Managers in managing client activities and process.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients for business growth.
- Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience and/or knowledge in health insurance is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Aptitude for working with numbers.
- Ability to accept responsibility and have accountability.
- Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and on time even under stressful conditions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational, dependability, and trustworthiness skills are a must.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer, as well as other web browsers.
- Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access.).
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work in an office and/or at-home, remote office environment.
- Overtime and/or schedule flexibility are occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to attend key business/departmental meetings and/or perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.
Competitive base pay starting at $23.23/hr. Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role.
