The Sales professional has territorial responsibility for the administration of the Sales and Service Agreements that exist between GM, its dealers, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) stores. They often act as consultants to the dealers and IAMs, and work collaboratively with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. They may be involved in a variety of initiatives including: developing and implementing marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training.

The selected candidate will assume territorial responsibility and relocate within 50 miles of Phoenix, Arizona
- Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
- Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies
- Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
- Build and manage relationships
- Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
- Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing
- Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
- Assist in customer problem resolution
- lead, guide and improve ACDelco and/or Wholesale Dealers operations

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in Independent Aftermarket, wholesale operations or related
- Advanced knowledge of Dealership Service & Parts Operations
- Effective oral and written persuasive and informative communication skills.
- Experience leading complex projects and creating strategy with proven results.
- Consultative Selling Skills.
- Must be willing to travel 50% within territory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Automotive Parts and Service Systems.
- Wholesale and/or ACDelco Go To Market Plans/Tools.
- Dealer Operating Report & Fixed Analysis Tools.
- Dealership profit department's structure and interconnectivity.
- Proficient automotive technical knowledge and business acumen including parts operations, body shop/collision network operations and customer experience.
