Hybrid: Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE-THU)
What will your role be?
You will work on managing and improving the Whatsapp Chevrolet in all GMSA countries, leading the coordination of the initiatives within performance, content, media, KPIs of attendance.
What you will do (responsabilities):
- Champion for manage the performance of the channel in leads and sales.
- Generate initiatives together with Media, Sites, PDM, BI & Retail Marketing for gaining more share on Digital Sales in all countries of GMSA.
- Responsible for developing and executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance metrics, segmenting customer lists, personalizing messages, and increasing engagement through creative content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies and stay updated on WhatsApp marketing trends and best practices.
- Agile methodology to work with our agencies and lead the prioritization of jobs.
- Define Stories and prioritize the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of priorities.
- Ensure clear communication of goals and requirements to Agencies and promptly escalate to Senior Management whenever bugs are identified, and the deliverables are at risk.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations to GM Global Team (USA) and to South America forums.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, IT).
- English (fluent) is essential. Spanish will be a plus.
- Experience working with Digital Platforms, Whatsapp, APP - Websites or e-Commerce
- Skills: UX, Mobile and Web Analytics, Problem Solving, Agile Methodology, KPIs and OKRs oriented.
- Being agile and analytical, having strong interpersonal/ communication skills, ability to communicate with various seniority levels within the organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
