Description

This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of an office location [Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View], you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

The Role

As a Test & Learn Strategist on the Marketing Applied Sciences (MAS) team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives by leveraging business insights, data analysis, and customer understanding to drive testing and experimentation that impact marketing objectives. You will drive the development and management of quarterly learning agendas, coordinate and lead key forums, and ensure flawless end-to-end execution, while maintaining program governance and contributing to operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate for the role has experience in Media and CRM, can translate complex problems into actionable strategies, use storytelling to communicate effectively and has a track record and proven ability to collaborate, influence across functions, effectively prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're seeking a naturally curious professional with an eagerness to learn, who consistently demonstrates and pursues wining outcomes. Our team is focused on delivering future-focused, consumer-centric, personalized solutions that allow GM to stay proactive and nimble in our exciting transition to EVs.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the development, prioritization and implementation of Marketing Test & Learn learning agendas, supportive of brand/enterprise priorities and goals while facilitating testing backlog
  • Lead ongoing forums ensuring engagement and support across internal and external partners, to identify opportunities, design experiments, analyze results, and scale/implement successful initiatives
  • Maintain thorough documentation and organized repositories to effectively track and showcase progress, impact, and outcomes
  • Ensure visibility and alignment of efforts to key stakeholders, peers, leadership, via frequent transparent communication
  • Build and foster strong relationships, understanding the interdependencies and collective impact, to promote productive collaboration and alignment towards brand / enterprise outcomes
  • Continuously support the optimization and governance of program framework, tools, resources to drive operational and process efficiencies
  • Influence adoption across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of strategy, program management, marketing, or other relevant experience
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics and their impact on business outcomes
  • A strong grasp of analytics to formulate insights and recommendations from data sets
  • Ability to build slide presentations to support storytelling, deliver analyses and insights
  • Strong understanding of Media and CRM principles and practices
  • Experience and understanding of testing methodologies and tools are preferred
  • Ability to articulate and translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • High level of organizational skills, time management and prioritization
  • Energetic, self-motivated and curious individual who can push thru ambiguity & embrace challenges with enthusiasm and determination
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

Additional Description
