Supply Chain Analyst
What you will do/Responsibilities:
- Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives. Guides of one of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.
- Position communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers Position is responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers.
- Promote GM's values and make customer-focused decisions.
- Responsible for supporting relationship management with internal clients, stakeholders, suppliers and service providers.
- Identify problems, update or modify working methods.
- Take the initiative to remove obstacles and solve problems.
- Influence others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices and approaches.
- KPIs & Metrics Reports for Leadership's Tracking.
- Ensure the implementation of new materials, whether related to projects or change management - coordinating the implementation process of local or imported parts.
- Ensure the supply of parts according to project dates or plant's needs, minimizing excess or obsolete stocks .
- Optimize execution time and processes changes in materials and suppliers that allow product improvements.
- Manage breaking points and Manage supplier preparation.

Skills
- Business intelligence skills to transform raw data into meaningful and useful information for business analysis purposes
- The candidate should have developed competences like result oriented, analytical capability, problem resolution, innovation, peer relationship, customer focus and motivation.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineer, or related Careers.
- Previous experience in similar positions. (example: Manufacturing; Logistics; Purchasing)
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate level.
- English: Advanced level.
- Availability to work in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person = Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Preferred qualifications:
- Post-Graduation or MBA desirable
- Knowledge of Spanish(desirable).
- Knowledge of Data Tools/PowerBI/Python, VBA, SQL and Knime (desirable)
