Sr. Strategic Planning Analyst - Independent Aftermarket (Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay)
What you will do:
- The main challenge of the role will be the analysis of independent after market (IAM) sales results, the analysis of potential sales, and the planning of action plans and potential financial benefits together with the commercial area.
Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities in terms of coverage and performance for IAM (Independent Aftermarket) in CCA for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay (APU).
- Assist the different areas of General Motors to understand the commercial decisions of the clients, framing the objectives of the research and discovering the appropriate methodology.
- Develop surveys and guides for focus group moderators that meet the client's research objectives.
- Lead the research planning meetings to ensure consensus prior to the execution of the study.
- Supervise the execution of the study and respond to the process.
- Maintain good communication and relationships before, during and after the study with the supplier, the client team and the area leader.
- Prepare the necessary purchase documents and supervise supplier invoices.
- Analyze data in a timely manner with solid analytical methods.
- Prepare reports to detail the key findings of the study, including an executive summary with key ideas.
- Present the findings to the different areas of General Motors and address the follow-ups of cases to be resolved.

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineer, or related Careers.
- Experience : +3 years of experience in similar related positions (sales, sales management, marketing, pricing, operations or supply chain, data analysis).
- Microsoft Office : intermediate level.
- English : intermediate level.
- Availability to travel local & internationally with an estimated frequency of 3 times a year. Frequency will vary based on business needs & may need to visit the dealers / network monthly.
- Availability to work in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person = Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive or similar industry, preferably in aftersales.
- Knowledge of Portuguese.
- Knowledge of PowerBI.
