Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren (MI) three times per week, at minimum.
The Role
The Global Finance HR team is seeking a highly motivated change agent to join our team. As a member of this team, you will partner with the HR Business Partners and HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities and support in streamlining our partnership with the business and working to increase our effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Senior Executives, Executives, Leaders and Business Partners to ensure HR strategy is incorporated into the business strategy, including understanding factors from the external environment
- Talent Management and Development - find world-class talent, and facilitate talent growth with respective HRMs and leadership teams across the globe, including succession planning
- Identify training and leadership development needs for assigned business as a systemic strategy
- Proficient in use of change management tools to drive change in a variety of complex situations
- Analyze trends/metrics data to problem solve and configure relevant HR solutions
- Communicate/educate business leaders on significant, relevant changes in HR policies and programs
- Oversee and manage where applicable, executive and classified compensation planning; collaborate with colleagues and people leaders on individual employee compensation matters to ensure alignment to pay for performance and employee recognition programs
- Partner with Community of Expertise (COE) resources/shared service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HR services/programs
- Partner with COEs to build effective working relationships and provide constructive field perspective to influence common processes and procedures

Additional Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or other discipline
- 5+ years of related experience
- Organizational development/change management projects
- Expertise with data analysis, interpretation, and recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
