Estamos buscando um profissional de nível senior para integrar nossa equipe de Compras no time de Matéria-Prima (Aço, Resina, Tintas, entre outras). O candidato ideal deve possuir julgamento independente e habilidades de tomada de decisão em assuntos significativos.

  • Demonstrar uma sólida compreensão dos processos e procedimentos relevantes para a área de Compras, sendo capaz de tomar decisões e propor soluções.
  • Compreender diferentes áreas dentro da função de Compras e como as operações se relacionam com outras áreas.
  • Definir e implementar a estratégia de fornecimento de matéria-prima para novos projetos, bem como gerenciar as fontes atuais, atuando no monitoramento da cadeia de suprimento
  • Aplicar de forma independente as políticas e procedimentos apropriados da empresa.
  • Assumir desafios, identificar e analisar opções e as dividir em iniciativas capazes de implementação
  • Gerenciar e monitorar atividades rotineiras de Compras vinculados à KPIs, budget, atingimento de target, negociação de reajuste de preços relacionados à alterações econômicas e/ou técnicas
  • Propor e liderar iniciativas e soluções, impulsionando os esforços entre as equipes, especialmente fornecedores, Engenharia, Qualidade e Manufatura.
  • Recomendar oportunidades de melhoria de processos e antecipar proativamente as necessidades dentro da área de Compras.

Additional Description

Requisitos mandatórios:

  • Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Administração ou Engenharia
  • Inglês avançado
  • Experiência com comodites
  • Competência comprovada com negociação
  • Habilidades de comunicação verbal e oral
  • Habilidade de realizar análise profunda de custos e aprender e desenvolver estratégias soluções sólidas com base nas mudanças nos desenvolvimentos do mercado, preços de mercado e tendências de commodities
  • Fortes habilidades quantitativas e matemáticas
  • Habilidade de gerenciais diversos fornecedores.

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Experiência com compras de resinas, pinturas, aço e etc.
