Hybrid This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Cole Engineering Center Podium, three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business
Key Responsibilities:
- Author electrical diagnostic procedures including description and operations for various systems.
- Validate diagnostic procedures on production vehicles.
- Comprehend engineering specifications related to algorithms and calibrations.
- Participate in technical peer reviews to ensure compliance to standards, and technical accuracy.
- Provide support to other CCA Teams including: advanced engineering, product engineering, warranty center, technical assistance, service training, assembly plants, field support, marketing, purchasing, etc.

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in either Automotive related field or Engineering or equivalent experience
- Familiar with vehicle systems - working technical knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
- Developing analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues.
- Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical/electrical mechanisms.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Action Oriented, Customer Focus, Listening, Integrity and Trust
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE/GM ASEP Certification
- Electrical/Electronic diagnostic authoring experience
- Hands on vehicle diagnostic/repair experience
- Data Analytics experience with Power BI or other Database systems
