About the Role
As a Senior Manager DevQA, you will create a holistic strategy for low level white box verification of Infortainment components. You will work with development stakeholders to identify critical areas within the Infotainment subsystem, work to understand the critical integration points and develop process, test assets, automation to verify these areas at the code commit level. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled Software Quality Engineers and contractors.

Specific job responsibilities include:
- Devise a high-level quality strategy and collaborate with engineering leads to execute it
- Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and drive engineering teams to improve these continuously
- Drive automation left, ensuring we have automation coverage from feature development on our critical sub-system areas
- Run post-mortems for escapes, identify process deficiencies, and propose changes to help team continuously improve
- Tactically run testing for all releases/teams, planning to make efficient use of matrixed resources

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of team leadership
- Strong knowledge of Quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Ability to understand a matrixed structure along with a proven successful track record in navigating cross functional teams to achieve desired results
- Expertise in managing and leading complex projects and assignments
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effective with peers and motivate your team
Preferred Qualifications

- Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is: $172,900- $344,800. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- You also need to include general information about potential commissions, if applicable.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
