Description
Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The Senior Developer will work within the Contact Center Development team to gather detailed requirements, design, and build Interactive Voice Recognition and Chat Bots Platforms. We are seeking self-motivated Software Engineers with deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, installing, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting software development applications.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for designing, installing, implementing, administering, and maintaining voice systems and integrations with software systems.
- Design, develop, and implement custom client/server and web-based applications utilizing Java Spring Boot.
- Monitors services provided by vendors to ensure service levels meet requirements.
- Provides timely and complete project status reports to supervisor as requested.
- Working with Google Dialog Flow web-hooks, Agent Development and creation of Context and Intents

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Experience building Rest API Services or Microservices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of in-depth hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiar with Google Cloud Platform products and services, Contact Center Artificial Intelligence Solution, and machine learning.
- Experience with SOAP Web Services.
- Experience building Rest API Services with Java Spring Boot.
- Familiar with Azure DevOps using GIT or similar.
- Familiar with Artificial Intelligence interfaces such as Google Dialog Flow and generative AI
