Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week

What you will do (responsabilities):

  • Responsible for short-term forecasting, including market analysis, industry and volume estimations, demand and supply balance discussions and alignment with Finance stakeholders,
  • Corporate team volume report to Detroit,
  • Vehicle distribution process, including allocation and invoicing to all markets,
  • Pricing and competition tracking, incentives management and pricing evaluation,
  • Relationship with internal areas, including Product Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Planning.
  • Responsible for key projects within the Company and of working Cross-functionally to achieve enterprise-wide results, as well as understanding and managing requirements for all involved stakeholders, including other internal areas, our field team and our dealers' shareholders,
  • Manage a team composed by +20 employees, including 3 managers.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the following responsibilities and behaviors.

Additional Description

  • Bachelor's Degree and post-graduation/MBA in business, economics, marketing or other similar areas,
  • Experience in short-term forecasting, Distribution and Pricing areas
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally, teach, and effectively influence without direct authority,
  • Ability of building effective teams, leading people in different countries and to provide the team inputs to successfully navigate an ambiguous environment,
  • Advanced English Level (Mandatory)
  • Native Spanish
  • Availability to international travels
  • Availability to live in Bogotá/Colômbia
