Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week at São Caetano do Sul plant
Role:
In this strategic position you will serve as the focal point for sales operations in the Atlantic market, consolidating information in this region and also working with innovation and special projects within the 4 countries comprehended in this area, which includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. This also involves supporting and advising the Sales Executive Leadership team at General Motors.
What you will do (responsabilities):
- Sales Operations information consolidation, which includes Short-term forecasting, Pricing and Distribution.
- Managing daily/weekly reports with field team and participating in strategic meetings with Sales Leadership.
- Innovation Focal Point, including Dealers Innovation Committee coordination,
- Coordinating presentations and supporting sales leadership in decision-making processes.
- Actively participating in forums with Chevrolet dealers and the Dealers Association Strategic Committee.
- Coordinating and participating in events with Sales Leadership and Dealer Network, such as product launches or Annual meetings.

Additional Description
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree, economics, marketing, business or other similar areas.
- Advanced English Level and Spanish desired.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Effective communication ability, strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership and influence skills.
- Agile or other related skills.
- Experience working in Commercial teams or as Executive Advisor.
Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the following responsibilities and behaviors:
