职位描述 :

我们正在寻找一位充满活力和责任心的零售运营实习生，加入我们的运营团队。作为运营实习生，您将协助进行销售数据分析、门店日常运营管理和其他零售业务相关的支持工作，帮助团队提升运营效率和业绩表现。

主要 职责 :

销售数据分析与整理 :

• 收集并整理门店的销售数据，进行基本的数据清洗与分析。
• 协助编制销售报表，监控销售目标达成情况，分析销售趋势和问题点，提出改进建议。

门店日常运营支持 :

• 协助门店的日常运营管理，包括库存管理、商品陈列、促销活动执行等。
• 与门店经理及相关部门沟通，跟进门店运营情况，协助解决日常运营中遇到的问题。

门店绩效跟踪与报告 :

• 协助对门店的运营数据进行分析和评估，跟踪门店业绩，提出优化建议。
• 协助完成月度、季度等运营报告，支持团队决策。

跨部 门沟通协调 :

• 与销售、市场、采购等相关部门保持密切沟通，协同推动门店运营活动。
• 协助策划并执行促销活动，确保活动顺利进行。

其他 运营相关工作 :

• 协助进行门店培训资料的整理与更新，支持门店员工的培训工作。
• 参与团队的其他日常运营项目和任务。

任 职要求 :

• 在校大三及以上学生，市场营销、管理类、统计学等相关专业优先；
• 对零售行业有浓厚兴趣，具备基本的数据分析能力，熟悉Excel等办公软件；
• 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，具备解决问题的能力；
• 能够细心、耐心地处理工作中的细节问题，能够高效地在快节奏的环境中工作；
• 具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动力，愿意接受挑战并快速成长；
• 每周能够提供至少3-4天的实习时间，实习期不少于3个月。

加分 项 :

• 有相关零售或数据分析实习经验者优先；
• 熟悉Power BI、Tableau等数据分析工具者优先。
