What you will do?

The Controls Systems Engineer is an Individual contributor with recognized expertise responsible for tasks and work you're doing throughout the entire vehicle development lifecycle including requirements definition, systems design and implementation, testing, and problem resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and document requirements required to design an automotive system
  • Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to enable component reuse and consistency to standard methodologies
  • Oversee requirements development with other activities
  • Provide support to other specialists for root cause analysis
  • Strong ability to expertly capture and analyze empirical data.
  • Design Tests to efficiently find opportunities for design improvements
  • Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Identify and document system vulnerabilities and craft mitigation action plans; track corrective actions.

Knowledge / Qualification :

  • Related careers: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or any related engineering.
  • Experience required in similar positions: 1 to 3 years.
  • Availability to roll shifts (3 shifts, Monday to Saturday)
  • English Level: Conversational Intermediate
  • Critical Skills: Advanced experience in PLC programming, knowledge in Studio5000, Rockwell, HMI, TIA portal, Powerflex,. Experience in diagnostics of ethernet switches, servo motors, FANUC Robots and vision systems (Matrox).
