Hybrid: Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE-THU)

What will your role be: You'll work directly with South America Product Marketing Leadership to map current and future processes, looking for improvements opportunities and measuring key performance indicators.

  • The foundation of this role relies on having a close contact to VSM, Planning, Finance, Public Relationship, GPSC & Program team.
  • Support daily meetings with different levels of leadership, some of them in English or Spanish.

  • Customer Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources, including surveys, market analysis, and direct feedback. Use analytical tools and existing surveys to identify trends, behaviors, and customer preferences.
  • Development of Customer Personas: Create and update detailed customer personas to guide product development and marketing campaigns, Collaborate with product and program teams to ensure products meet customer needs and desires.
  • Generation of Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights that can be used to enhance marketing strategies and product development. Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Segmentation Strategies: Develop market segmentation strategies based on customer insights. Identify market opportunities and potential niches for new products or campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Participate in planning meetings and present marketing insights and recommendations.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product strategies. Adjust tactics based on performance and customer feedback.
  • Projects : Partner with Market Research and Business Intelligence functions to support the design, execution, analysis and recommendation of research projects/initiatives.

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related fields
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is desirable.
  • Relevant experience with consumer insights, market research, product marketing and/or brand management.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, cross functional collaboration within the organization, stakeholder management skills
