Practicante de Operaciones de Servicio
Tareas:
- Estandarización del proceso de carga de bases de datos de indicadores Servicio, Garantías, BQM & Cx en el Scorecard y Dashboard de casos críticos
- Automatización del proceso de actualización y despliegue de Scorecard de Servicio
- Implementación de Dashboard interactivo para seguimiento de casos críticos
- Desarrollar de manera física Job description del GSC
- Consultoría proyectos especiales del área
Additional Description
Requisitos excluyentes:
- Estudiantes avanzados de la carrera de Ingenieria Mecánica, Automotriz, Eléctrica, Electrónico, Industrial o afines.
- Office: Nivel Intermedio.
- Inglés: Nivel Intermedio (B2 mínimo)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Bogotá, Colombia (3 veces por semana presencial: martes, miércoles y jueves).
- Modalidad de Contrato: Full Time.
- Horario de Trabajo: lunes a viernes a de 08:00 a 17:00 hs. (Flex)
- Duración de Contrato: Depende de la Autorización Universitaria (6 ó 12 meses).
