Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Cole Engineering Center Podium, Warren MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Role:
As a key member of the Aftersales Marketing team, the Parts Marketing Specialist has a unique and diverse role within the team contributing to several key marketing strategies for GM Genuine Parts/ACDelco. The successful candidate will work closely with internal counterparts and agency partners to help ensure a clear vision, with consistent and impactful execution of marketing activities with measurable results. This role is essential in supporting GM Customer Care and Aftersales business objectives for driving parts revenue and market share. You will be asked to drive innovation and push boundaries to market GM Genuine Parts/ACDelco to both B2B and B2C target markets.

What You'll Do:
- Launch Excellence/Go to Market: In partnership with Promotions Lead, you will execute the marketing launch of retail and ecommerce, including creative approvals as primary client, interfacing heavily with cross functional team
- Social Channel Management: manage GM Geniune Parts/ACDelco social channels (Meta, Instagram), including engagement with social COE and facilitation of global best practice sharing with your counterparts around the world
- Contact Center Interface: engage as business lead with contact center operations team, ensuring a brand aligned experience
- Customer Facilitator: strengthen relationships with advisory board members through facilitation of Marketing/Ecommerce forums

Additional Description
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years marketing experience
- Successful demonstration of managing multiple projects/deadlines
- Ability to present a compelling story that will enable swift decision making
- Exceptional Organizational Skills and the ability to work cross funcitionally
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- Knowledge of GM structures and processes
- Automotive, aftersales/parts experience
- Social channel management experience preferred
