(Connected Car Operations & Data Analyst)
What You'll Do -
- OnStar 커넥티드카 서비스의 디지털 활성화 및 핵심 서비스의 주요 성과 지표 (KPI) 정의
- Solution Architect, Developer, 및 Product Owner 등 과의 협업을 통한 KPI 자동화 프로세스 설계, 구현 및 고도화
- 커넥티드카 Back-End 시스템 및 서비스의 성능 유지와 안정된 서비스 제공
- 다양한 개발 도구 및 분석 툴을 이용하여 빠른 데이터 분석과 모니터링, 패턴 분석을 통한 자동화 된 관리 및 대응
- 정형/비정형 빅데이터의 분석 및 BI Report, Dashboard 개발을 통해 서비스 성능 개선 및 신규 비즈니스 모델 개발에 기여
- 원활한 커넥티드카 서비스 운영을 위한 국/내외 통신사와의 협업
- 신규 서비스/기술 도입 과정에서 적극적인 참여와 주도적인 역할 수행
- 신규 서비스 준비 및 출시 후 End-to-End 시험 진행 및 문제 해결에 대한 기여
- 고객 이슈 처리 및 운영 지원
- 변경 요구 사항 작성 및 IT 팀과 협력

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -
- 최소 3년 이상의 IT 기술 운영 및 리드 경험
- Oracle 데이터베이스 및 SQL 개발 경험과 전문지식 보유
- UNIX / ORACLE / ETL 개발 기술
- 서비스 제공 프로세스 정의, 검증 및 운영 경험
- 빅데이터 플랫폼 및 BI 도구 경험 (Azure Databricks, Apache Hive, Power BI 등)
- 애플리케이션 아키텍쳐 및 설계 원칙 이해
- 유연한 사고와 존중을 기반으로 한 원활한 의사소통 능력
- 창의적이고 진취적인 업무 운영과 문제해결 능력
- 새로운 기술 및 비즈니스 모델에 대한 관심과 열정으로 빠른 학습능력
- 계획에 따른 일정 수립 및 실행, 시간 관리 능력

- 커넥티드카 서비스 운영 유경험자
- 웹 서비스 (XML, WSDL, SOAP, JSON_ 및 트랜잭션 모니터링 유경험자
- 차량 인포테인먼트, 텔레매틱스 네비게이션 시스템에 대한 업무 경험이 있는자
- 이동 통신 및 데이터 통신에 대한 유경험 및 이행 능력 보유자
