Description
- Assist in the creation of new recipes and / or adaptations when necessary.- Assist in the pre-preparation of the menu items (hygiene and food cutting).- Assist in the control / planning of the items used in the menu.- Assemble and distribute / service the Coffee Breaks and the Board of Directors.- Collect and identify food samples.- Carry the food from the preparation area to supply the refrigerators and greenhouses.- Remove the food from the refrigerators and greenhouses to supply the thermal counters.- Remove the perishable products from the original packaging in order to carry out the pre-preparation and food preparation activities.- Assist in obtaining the standardization of the preparations together with 1/2 Officers and Chief Cooks, through the use of the standard recipes.- Carry out sanitation services in the internal and external areas of the Restaurant.- Perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils.- Participate in the work developed in the internal philosophy of the work and safety teams.- Follow the guidelines of the coordination, maintaining a participative and dedicated behavior in the subjects pertinent to the work area.
