As the Marketing Cross -Tier E nablement Manager , you will lead a cross-functional team dedicated to defining and executing a cohesive, tier-less go-to-market strategy that positions General Motors as a leader in the customer shopping journey. This role will require you to integrate across the enterprise to build and drive a seamless, multi-faceted marketing approach.

- Strategic Leadership: Build and lead a cross-functional, cross-brand team to develop a comprehensive, integrated go-to-market approach. Align CX, CRM, media, digital, insights, and technology experts toward a cohesive marketing strategy. Drive learning agenda to further cross-tier efficiencies.
- Project Management & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of interdependent workstreams, ensuring that cross-functional efforts are aligned and collaborative. Organize and facilitate weekly touchpoint meetings to monitor project status, address roadblocks, and accelerate key initiatives.
- Cross -Capability Planning: Spearhead planning efforts across marketing technology and marketing sciences workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders understand and execute on interdependencies and shared objectives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain tight alignment with senior stakeholders by providing transparency into project milestones, risks, and expected impact. Serve as a strategic partner to facilitate communication and decision-making across functions.
- Advisory Leadership: Lead and coordinate the Marketing Dealer Advisory Board, fostering insights and innovation that inform strategy and execution.
Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in Marketing, CX, Media, Audience targeting, or project management, with at least 5 years in a cross-functional or strategic role within a fast-paced, complex industry.
- Technical & Strategic Acumen: Expertise in digital transformation and AI, with a strong understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem. Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-market digital projects and lead strategic initiatives.
- Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders. Proficient in leveraging influence to drive project alignment and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to assess complex interdependencies, identify solutions, and adapt plans based on changing business needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex ideas and advocating for strategic priorities across technical and non-technical audiences.
