Work Arrangement
This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis.
What You'll Do
• Support MKT business specialist to consolidate input from teams and can suggest summary format in advance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to follow up tasks assigned by leadership.
• Work with the community team to develop and execute user engagement strategies
• Support and execute user-centric campaigns, including user feedback collection, user experience improvement initiatives, etc.
• Assist the User Operations Manager to develop user communication strategies across various platforms.
• Work closely with the product team to understand user behavior, develop specific metrics for performance tracking and strategy improvement.

• Support user-related projects, provide insights through user interviews and workshops.
• Coordinate on daily administrative tasks, like meeting minutes recording, payment and follow ups.
Additional Description
Y ou r Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
• School: 985/ 211 preferred
• Major: Business, Marketing, Communication related fields preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required, experience in user operations is preferred
• Skills: Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal English and Chinese. MS Office (Excel, PPT)
• Knowledge: General product understanding in premium automotive market; Basic marketing knowledge (ATL, BTL, social, digital and PR)
• Attention to details and agile sense of trends; Dare to question the status quo
• Active team player with strong sense of responsibility and will do attitude
• Working days: at least 3-4 days per week
