The Role:
The position of Process Engineering Supervisor represents a career-level role for an individual capable of working independently with occasional guidance from higher supervision. The ideal candidate is proficient in assessing equipment and tooling alternatives, determining the optimal sequence and flow of operations, and ensuring the efficient utilization of personnel, materials, machinery, and facilities essential for part production. Responsibilities are carried out in a centralized manufacturing engineering setting or an assembly plant environment where creativity, initiative, and independent judgment are vital to success.

What You'll Do:
Responsible for supporting activities, which may include:
-Development of Statements of Requirements (SORs) and managing projects for tools, workstations, or specific technologies.
-Contributing to larger projects or initiatives.
-Defining manufacturing processes.
-Planning and sequencing operations.
-Ensuring human factors and ergonomic considerations are integrated.
-Optimizing material flow for efficiency.
-Overseeing the design, construction, integration, installation, and successful launch of equipment and tools, as well as driving continuous improvement efforts to maintain high-quality output.
-Providing technical direction and monitoring external vendor performance.
