Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.The Role:Provide on-site professional automotive, business and computer technical support Training to GM's retail and wholesale communities. Broad responsibilities including vehicle diagnostic, repair support and all Aftersales Sales Training activates, providing an avenue for escalated cases, product problem resolution and territory management support for GM.What You'll Do:Dispatch service bulletins to all dealer network.Responsibilities include vehicle diagnostic and repair support, providing an avenue for escalated cases, product problem resolution and territory management support.Diagnose and direct repairs on customer vehicles and to reduce vehicle repurchases and warranty expense.Provide Dealership service readiness feedback and support Techline products at GM Dealerships and other authorized facilities including certain GM Fleet accountsHolds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.Performs other related duties as assigned.1st line TAC support for product concerns for Egypt North Africa dealers.All TAC Systems administration.Handling all network TAC tickets in timely manner.Handling returns parts for WPAC CPIP.Handling returns sales process vehicle repair inside plant.Supervise the implementation of service remedies, field actions, and recall campaigns.Supporting marketing team in marketing campaigns and activitiesSupport field team in SFI CPA investigationsResolve customer product quality concerns by collaborating with source plants (GM Egypt, suppliers, Isuzu, IMIT, and SGMW).Identify and escalate significant product issues to ensure timely resolution and keep dealers informed.Take the voice of customers to concerned functions to improve customer‑related issues.Evaluate technical capabilities of Service outlets staff and recommend training plans.Creating training plans that meet the needs of network requirements.Conduct needed assessments to identify the skills and knowledge gaps within the dealer network.Identify training needs and create / lead the dealer training team to create agile training in line with the required development process.Organizing learning and development events. Besides designing Technical Non-Technical skill competitions for dealer teams.Monitor dealer team's progress for achieving WBTs training sessions.Responsible for communication and management of global skill competition events including all related details
