职位描述: 我们正在寻找一位充满活力和责任心的零售运营实习生,加入我们的运营团队。作为运营实习生,您将协助进行销售数据分析、门店日常运营管理和其他零售业务相关的支持工作,帮助团队提升运营效率和业绩表现。主要职责: 销售数据分析与整理: 收集并整理门店的销售数据,进行基本的数据清洗与分析。协助编制销售报表,监控销售目标达成情况,分析销售趋势和问题点,提出改进建议。门店日常运营支持: 协助门店的日常运营管理,包括库存管理、商品陈列、促销活动执行等。与门店经理及相关部门沟通,跟进门店运营情况,协助解决日常运营中遇到的问题。门店绩效跟踪与报告: 协助对门店的运营数据进行分析和评估,跟踪门店业绩,提出优化建议。协助完成月度、季度等运营报告,支持团队决策。跨部门沟通协调: 与销售、市场、采购等相关部门保持密切沟通,协同推动门店运营活动。协助策划并执行促销活动,确保活动顺利进行。其他运营相关工作: 协助进行门店培训资料的整理与更新,支持门店员工的培训工作。参与团队的其他日常运营项目和任务。任职要求: 在校大三及以上学生,市场营销、管理类、统计学等相关专业优先;对零售行业有浓厚兴趣,具备基本的数据分析能力,熟悉Excel等办公软件;具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神,具备解决问题的能力;能够细心、耐心地处理工作中的细节问题,能够高效地在快节奏的环境中工作;具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动力,愿意接受挑战并快速成长;每周能够提供至少3-4天的实习时间,实习期不少于3个月。加分项: 有相关零售或数据分析实习经验者优先;熟悉Power BI、Tableau等数据分析工具者优先。我们提供: 良好的学习和发展机会;实习期间享有公司相关福利待遇;工作环境活跃且充满挑战,能接触到实际的运营工作和数据分析。
