This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View, CA, Austin, TX, or Warren, MI. at least 3 days a week.About the RoleAs a Senior Manager DevQA, you will create a holistic strategy for low level white box verification of Infortainment components. You will work with development stakeholders to identify critical areas within the Infotainment subsystem, work to understand the critical integration points and develop process, test assets, automation to verify these areas at the code commit level. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled Software Quality Engineers and contractors.Specific job responsibilities include:Devise a high-level quality strategy and collaborate with engineering leads to execute itDefine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and drive engineering teams to improve these continuouslyDrive automation left, ensuring we have automation coverage from feature development on our critical sub-system areasRun post-mortems for escapes, identify process deficiencies, and propose changes to help team continuously improveTactically run testing for all releases/teams, planning to make efficient use of matrixed resources

Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. You also need to include general information about potential commissions, if applicable. Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
