On-site: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the New York Complex (Lockport, Rochester, and Tonawanda) on a full-time basis.

The Role:

The Health Center Supervisor is responsible for direct management of nursing staff and delivery of clinical operations for multiple sites: Lockport, Rochester, and Tonawanda. They guide and support medical staff, promote communications, monitor medical programs, integrate with the local business, be responsible for the site emergency response program, and promote health and well-being.

  • Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations
  • Lead and Develop Direct Reports
  • Promote communication
  • Integrate with Business Partners
  • Maintain Health Center Compliance
  • Monitor Physical Exam Program
  • Support Medical Emergency Response Activities
  • Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • 5+ years of nursing experience required
  • Valid state nursing license
  • Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
  • Ability to lead change within work groups and departments

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred
  • Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous Supervisory experience in a medical environment

Compensation:

  • The expected base compensation for this role is: $ 80,400.00 - $128,500. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
