Gerente de Distrito de GMICA

Como Gerente de Distrito de Ventas GMICA el principal desafío del rol será coordinar, controlar y dirigir las relaciones de GMICA y su red de Concesionarios en el área de ventas, de acuerdo con las políticas de GME & GMICA, los convenios comunes y los instrumentos legales existentes; a fin de lograr los objetivos previstos por la compañía.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asegurar una operación apropiada y sólida de la red de distribución en cuanto al negocio de Camiones y Buses, que garantice la satisfacción y entusiasmo de nuestros clientes.
  • Generar acercamientos con carroceros y proveedores de equipos y accesorios de Buses y camiones para potenciar a éstos como un canal promotor de ventas de producto.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de ventas oportunas y adaptadas a cada zona, así como la cobertura de la red de concesionarios en el país de acuerdo con las oportunidades y necesidades que se presenten para atender el negocio de Camiones y Buses.
  • Visitar continuamente a clientes regulares de la marca, así como a nuevos clientes potenciales.
  • Desarrollo y ejecución de plan estratégico y BOD, Desarrollo y ejecución de planes de Mercadeo, definición de nuevos productos, estudios de canasta de precios y CRM, Entrenamiento continuo, Atención al Cliente, implementación y calibración de estándares de GMICA, seguimiento de certificaciones de SDM, Kaizen,9's, implementación de acciones generales para garantizar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

Additional Description

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Graduados en Ingeniería, Mecánica, Ciencias Económicas, Marketing, o a fines.
  • Experiencia: Contar con experiencia en posiciones comerciales similares dentro de la industria automotriz o relacionadas.
  • Inglés: Nivel Intermedio.
  • Paquete Office: Nivel Intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes locales diariamente visitando la red de concesionarios dentro de la zona asignada dentro de Chile.
  • Disponibilidad para reunirse semanalmente en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Ciudad Empresarial, Santiago, Chile.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Conocimientos en Data Tools/PowerBI/Manejo de bases de datos.
