The Role- Electrical Design Release Engineer (DRE) for Passive safety & EPM team
This role is essential in enhancing vehicle energy efficiency, ensuring component reliability, and optimizing the development process from prototype to production .
- Improve vehicle performance and durability through energy management strategies and mathematical model validation .
- Manage component readiness and calibration schedules to ensure the success of vehicle development programs.
- Review supplier 2D/3D models under real vehicle conditions and validate them for release.
- Track and coordinate the development timeline of key components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (calibration engineers, suppliers, and vehicle integration teams) to drive efficient and high-quality development.

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -
- 경력: 최소 2년 이상 관련 업무 경험자
- 학력: 4년제 정규대 이상의 기 졸업자 (기계,전기,전자 또는 자동차공학 등 이공계열)
- 전 학년 평점 B학점 (3.0/4.5) 이상
- 어학: TOEIC 기준으로 700점 이상
- OPIC, TOEIC Speaking/Writing 점수는 TOEIC 기준으로 환산
- 해외 대학 졸업예정자/기졸업자 중에 TOEIC 점수가 없는 경우 700 점 이상으로 기입
- 군필 또는 면제 / 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자
- 취업보호 대상자는 관련 법에 의거하여 우대
