Work Arrangement- This role is categorized as On-Site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Tecnical Center Korea located in Bupyeong, Incheon full time.
The Role-
As a Production Specification Analyst , you will ensure accurate and up-to-date engineering specifications while analyzing and interpreting complex engineering data, including Design Change Notifications, Vehicle Description Summary (VDS), and Program Content. Additionally, as a Change Analyst, you may also be responsible for Engineering Change Management to support and implement process and system changes.

What You'll Do-
- Serve as the primary analyst for the Master Part List, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date engineering specifications.
- Analyze and interpret complex engineering data, such as Design Change Orders, Vehicle Description Summary (VDS), and Product Plan Content.
- Update and manage the Master Parts List in the system based on engineering instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program Teams, and Manufacturing, to ensure data integrity and alignment with program requirements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering documentation and part specifications.
- Work closely with the Global Engineering Release Division.
- Utilize the Engineering Change Management Application and Global Standard Processes to manage the program changes and achieve the desired business results.
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities -
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer science, or a related field.
- Overall GPA of B grade (3.0/4.5) or higher for all grades.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the automotive industry. (preferably in production, engineering or manufacturing-related roles)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel/Macro/PPT/Power BI/etc.), desirable coding, process automation, Big Data analyst and AI framework.
- Ability to apply problem-solving analysis and improvement processes & collaborate with diverse organizations.
- Experience and understanding of the 3D CAD-Modeling.
- Very good command of English both in verbal and written.
