The Role - Seat Core Engineering Team

• 1st/2nd/3rd row Seat integration DRE.
• Working with GMNA global Seat Core engineering DREs and TCK DE/JIT DRE/Studio team to develop Seat STO and Typical sections.
• Generate/Accommodate solution for integration perspective issues of Program.

Developing Seat STO with Engineering requirement section of Seat JIT(Foam/Plastic/Seat internal Components) and Seat structure, considering given Studio Seat Styling in early vehicle development timing. In addition, for CAE/Physical test/Engineering issue after Production Drawing release, Core DRE will have a responsibility to accommodate solution alternatives together with JIT/Structure/other component DREs.

What You'll Do -

1. 차량의 요구 조건(법규/성능/안전) 및 개발 과정에 따라 System의 최적화 및 강건화 연구.

2. 차량의 디자인과 패키지를 고려하며, 해당 부품의 성형성, 조립 성 등을 검토하여 고객이 원하는 디자인의 Interior Trim 부품 개발 업무.

3. 글로벌 및 국가 별 차량 개발을 위해 인테리어 제품설계 개념, 부품 요구사항 및 프로그램 요청 내용을 제공.

4. 인테리어 트림 부품에 대한 품질 개선 및 원가 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 지속적인 연구 활동.

5. 전기차, 무인 차 등 친환경, 첨단 기술 차량에 대한 Seat integration 설계 최적화 및 기술개발.

학력 : 2년제 전문대 이상의 졸업자

경력 : 자동차 업계의 최소 12년 이상의 근무 경력

병역 : 군 필 또는 면제자

어학 : 영어로 비즈니스 의사소통이 가능한 자

기타 : 해외여행에 결격 사유 없는 자
