Work Arrangement- This role is categorized as On-Site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Technical Center Korea located in Bupyeong, Incheon full time.

The Role - Torque Transfer DRE(Design Release Engineer)

Kinetic & Structural HW Team is seeking talented employees with independent and self-directed work skills in order to cultivate professional Torque Transfer DRE(Design Release Engineer) for ECS(Energy Conversion Systems). The DRE has several responsibilities for ECS such as leading component design & development, cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing & quality, supporting program management and overseeing testing & validation. Specially, Torque Transfer DRE has key responsibilities for developing Gear, Bearing, Shaft including Sub-components in Transmission and Drive Unit and collaborate with other cross-functions to ensure that our vehicles are safe and have high quality for our customers.

What You'll Do -

  • Develops engineering designs for gear, bearing, shaft in Transmission and Drive Unit (변속기 및 구동 유닛의 기어, 베어링, 샤프트에 대한 엔지니어링 설계 개발)
  • Leading the product development meeting on a regular basis with Supplier, Quality, Manufacturing, Buyers (공급업체, 품질, 제조, 구매팀과 함께 제품개발회의 운영)
  • Authors and followers through Engineering Change Request (설계변경 요구서 발행 및 추적)
  • Plans and implements test and development programs for Gear, Shaft, Bearing (기어, 샤프트, 베어링에 대한 테스트 및 개발 프로그램의 계획/실행)
  • Communicates, coordinates, and consults with engineering departments and customers (엔지니어링 부서 및 고객과의 커뮤니케이션, 조정/상담)
  • Part validation, Build and Launch supporter (부품 검증, 조립 및 론칭 지원)

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -

  • 학력 : 4년제 정규대 이상의 졸업자 (이공계열)

- 전 학년 평점 B학점(3.0/4.5) 이상

  • 경력 : 경력 (동종 업계의 2년 이상의 근무 경력)
  • 병역 : 군필 또는 면제자
  • 어학 : 영어로 비즈니스 의사소통이 가능한 자
  • 기타 :

-합법적으로 대한민국에서 취업이 가능한자 (외국인 Working Visa 지원 불가/가능)

-해외여행에 결격 사유 없는자
