Responsabilities:

• Act as a liaison between GM and it's dealerships
• Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
• Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
• Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer and GM
• Build and manage relationships
• Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
• Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
• Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
• Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
• Assist in customer problem resolution
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Graduates in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial positions.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or related field.
• English: Intermediate Level.
• Office: Intermediate Level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 times in person) in the offices located in Lima, Peru.
• Availability to make local trips on a monthly basis within Peru.
