Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet Sales Operations Specialist to support our European Fleet Sales team. In this role, based in our European headquarters in Zürich, you will be the go-to-person for operational requests from our fleet sales managers and external fleet partners.
To handle the various operational requests, you will work closely with multiple departments, enhancing workflows, improving efficiency, and maintaining a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the entire fleet sales order fulfillment process, from order request to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure that all orders are aligned with contractual agreements and meet customer expectations.
- Support with internal compliance checks and approval requests to ensure orders are handled within our internal guidelines.
- Support the operational onboarding of B2B sales partners & maintain accurate information to secure B2B sales partner's operational capability.
- Follow up on various operational customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Identify and implement improvements for fleet sales operations.
- Support & prepare reports for monthly fleet sales budget tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, legal and logistics, to support fleet sales initiatives.
- Provide training and support to the fleet sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.
What you should bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order fulfillment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of order processing, sales processes, and customer relationship management, ideally with a fleet sales background
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Self-starter & hands on approach
- Strong MS office skills, Salesforce experience will be beneficial
- Fluent in English, good command of French and/or German will be an asset
