- Leading a fleet sales team to achieve sales targets which aligned with leaders.
Sales strategy and policy development. define different sales channel approach method to achieve yearly target.
What You'll Do
- Fleet sales strategy, policy, and target achievement
- Develop fleet sales strategy and implement plan with different channel to achieve overall sales objective, such as hotels, airline, leasing company, international/famous company etc. business school, commercial chamber etc.
- Develop fleet policy and KPIs structure in accordance with overall sales objective of company.
- Develop target channel to fulfil end customer needs and achieve company sales target within budget plan.
- Yearly budget planning and management
- High valuable strategy customer development to achieve sales targets.
- Managing ongoing fleets sales transactions.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Key account management
- Define, develop, and maintain key account customers, and customize key account policy to meets their needs.
- Exploit opportunities of acquiring key accounts through high level networking to realize volume target.
- Act as the direct interface to key account customers. Find routes to reach purchase decision makers and key influencers.
- Plan and allocate company materials and resources to utilize customer internal system or platfomrs to promote our brand and products.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand customer purchase.
- Prepare and implement marketing plan with cross team targeting key accounts.
- Achieve key account fleet sales target.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Cross functional communication
- Multi-department communication, such as digital tools development, leadership approval, invoicing, reporting and validating process etc.
- Explore vehicle subscription business opportunities.
