The Experiential Marketing Manager is a key role within the growing experiential marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Experiential Marketing, Europe. We are seeking a candidate with 8 or more years of experience leading the creative ideation and strategy for world-class events. This individual will constantly seek out new opportunities, technologies, mediums, and locations to elevate our premium brand, fostering meaningful engagement and exceptional experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing complex, large-scale, high-profile events. Creativity, flexibility, resilience, leadership, and initiative are essential, as is a customer-obsessed mindset. The candidate must continuously innovate and find ways to delight and exceed customer expectations, while building brand awareness, consideration, and relevance.

Hybrid Model: 3 Days work from the Zurich HQ will be required with 2 days home office permitted per week.

Activities and responsibilities
- Support the Head of Experiential Marketing in developing and executing experiential strategies across European markets.
- Design high-impact, bespoke premium experiences for customers.
- Lead the planning and execution of Tier 1 events in France, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and other priority regions, in collaboration with regional experiential marketing managers.
- Identify and propose new event opportunities and venues that align with the brand's objectives and deliver premium, engaging experiences.
- Track and report key event metrics, such as customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness, ensuring OKRs are met or exceeded.
- Identify unique locations, event opportunities, and activations for a year-round events roadshow across multiple countries.
- Provide post-event analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement, integrating learnings into future activations.
- Ensure adherence to budget while maintaining strong vendor relationships to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at key events, ensuring the brand is represented in the most compelling and innovative way possible.
- Stay informed on experiential marketing trends, new technologies, and industry best practices to enhance overall strategy and execution.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading world-class events, exhibitions, or roadshows.
- Proven track record managing multi-market events and activations across Europe.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions; agency experience is a plus.
- Competent in compiling concise executive summary decks for leadership reviews.
- Accustomed to multi-tasking across regions and time zones.
- Fluent in English, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with precision in execution.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-service approach with stakeholders.
- Strong creative, strategic thinking, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage high pressure and changing priorities.
- Project management expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a "can-do" attitude.
