Atividades:
- Acompanhamento junto aos especialistas GM, com o propósito de aprender e aplicar estratégias no centro de atenção ao cliente visando qualidade dos processos, inclusive com interação regional, América do Sul, e time global situado nos Estados Unidos e outras regiões do mundo onde operamos;
- Auxiliará em implementação de projetos, análise de causa raíz, treinamentos, etc.
- Espera-se no final do período de estágio que o candidato tenha adquirido todas as técnicas aplicadas pela GM nos canais de atendimento ao cliente e na área de Customer Experience - CX.
