What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- You are responsible for the creation and documentation of modeling plans to engineering team and initiation of new processes and tools.
- Responsible to create and execute Finite Element Analysis (FEA) plans for assigned projects.
- Participate in the creation of assigned subsystem Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models .
- Motivate CAE suppliers and internal resources to meet program milestones and deliverables.
- Perform and oversee resources for virtual assessment of designs and compare results to performance requirements.
- Initiate design solutions to resolve any performance issues with mass & cost efficiency.

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor degree completed in Engineering (preferable Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering)
- Experience with software LS-DYNA, NASTRAN, ANSYS, ABACUS or similar
- Experience in the area of simulation and application of CAE tools in product development
- Advanced or Fluent English
- Active CREA

- Post graduation or master degree in the area
- Project management of product development projects.
