Description
Customer satisfaction:
- Survey request communication with cross functions
- Make sure the survey is output by request
- Test survey links followed by design and refine problems
- 5-star follow-up and communication with business cross function
- 5-star operation result insight mining
- Do the research execution through platform
Complaint/Crisis:
- UAT test for complaint system
- Help to do the case management in the future system
- Backup for complaint/crisis and help to inform/follow-up the cases
Requirement:
- At least 4 days/week (prefer 6 months or above)
- Bachelor degree or above
- Research background
- Skilled in office software (especially Excel); SPSS; or other statistic software
- Responsible and positive in attitude
- Willing to communicate
- Strong logic thinking
