What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and direction to a team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and professional growth. Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance performance and address any performance gaps. Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans as needed. Operational Efficiency: Driving operational efficiency by optimizing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. Communication: Effectively communicate organizational goals, objectives, and expectations to the team. Facilitate regular team meetings, provide updates on key initiatives, and ensure open and transparent communication channels are maintained. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee development and career growth. Adaptability: Ability to embrace change, be flexible, and adjust your approach based on evolving circumstances is important. Being open to new ideas, willing to learn and grow, and able to handle ambiguity to lead the team through transitions and effectively respond to changing business needs. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents and injuries.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Engineering bachelor's degree. (Mechanic, Electrical, Mechatronic, other)

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.

Fluent in English

desirable Spanish.

Valid Vehicle Driving license.
