This role is categorized as hybrid . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) is a unique support team within the Sales Operations Organization. The DCG Team is responsible for collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to process dealer contractual change requests, support dealers, and ensures compliance and alignment to the GM Dealer Sales and Service Agreement.
The Contractual Manager oversees a portfolio of change requests to update pertinent dealer information. Change requests must be processed timely with adherence respective of state statutes. Within the DCG, the Contractual Manager is the subject matter expert supporting GM Policy, processes, and procedures as they relate to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement (DSSA).

Role Responsibilities:
The Contractual Manager is responsible for processing contractual changes consistent with the state franchise statutes and the DSSA. Duties include:
• Securing documentation to process change requests by collaborating with Dealers and GM stakeholders teams such as GM Legal, Market Analysis, Regional Directors and Zone Managers
• Assisting Dealers, Dealer Candidates, GM Legal, and field teams with proposals, current network planning, request, and system activities
• Advise Dealers and GM field personnel on GM Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) policies and procedures
• Meet with GM stakeholders and attorneys on Dealer proposals and current dealer network activities
• Prepare Dealer contracts, Program Enrollment Forms, template letters, draft ad hoc letters, complete Dealer activations and update Dealer information in systems and logs
• Conduct financial analysis; Analyze candidate sales and profit forecasts and provide dealers with insight from composite groups
• Complete Area Primary Responsibility (APR) notice requirements;
• Provide deposition or testimony regarding the processing of Dealer requests as required by GM Legal and review DCG SharePoint files annually for ILM compliance
• Additional general duties related to processing Dealer requests and maintaining dealer files such as sending and receiving faxes, routine scanning, mailing, and copying etc.

Role Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in marketing, business or other related
• 2-4+ years in a fast pace, business environment
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Share Point, and managing database information
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to build relationships and positively collaborate with others
• Proficient analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Efficient organizational and time management skills
• Growth mind-set with effective oral, written and communication skills
