Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
What will you do?
The Collision Marketing Supervisor will lead the strategy for CCA collision business, by developing relations with insurance companies, detecting business opportunities to increase revenue from collision parts sales, while supporting operational excellence at the dealer's Collision Centers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
He/she will work closely with several areas internally to ensure alignment in all topics related to the Collision business and, along with the Field Operations team, will be responsible for achieving the annual sales target.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.
- Software: MS Office, SAP
- English Level: Intermediate to Advance.
- Strong interpersonal skills used to build rapport with all parties involved.
- Experience in negotiation with internal and external clients and partners
- Performs effective communication between Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and other functional areas as necessary
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with insurance companies.
- Crossfunctional work to execute complex project involving different areas.
- Knowledge and understanding of automotive industry environment and business needs is a plus.
