Position Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop Advertising Strategies: Create and implement effective advertising strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, TV, and radio.
  • Creative Direction: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and innovative ad content that resonates with our audience.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Manage media planning and buying activities to ensure optimal placement and cost-efficiency of ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve future efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage the advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective advertising efforts.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in advertising and the automotive industry.

  • Advertising Principles : Understanding of advertising theories, practices, and methodologies.
  • Marketing Strategies : Knowledge of marketing principles and how advertising fits into broader marketing strategies.
  • Media Channels : Familiarity with various media channels (digital, print, broadcast) and their effective use in campaigns.
  • Brand Management : Insights into maintaining and enhancing brand identity through advertising.
  • Industry Trends : Awareness of current trends and innovations in the advertising industry.

Skills:

  • Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and support.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Management : Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Creative Thinking : Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for advertising campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills : Competence in analyzing campaign performance data to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Negotiation : Skills in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • English Level: Advanced.

Experience:

  • Work Experience : 5- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media platforms).
  • Campaign Management : Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Team Leadership : Experience in leading and managing a team of advertising professionals.
  • Client Relations : Experience in working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective advertising solutions.
  • Vendor Coordination : Experience in coordinating with external vendors for the production and delivery of advertising materials.

This position requires the ability to legally operate motor vehicle on a regular basis
