This role is categorized as HYBRID . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.

You're responsibilities include understanding the Cadillac dealers, customers and business priorities, field support needs in alignment with headquarter structure and deliverables, understanding the competition (EV and ICE), management of daily activities, effective meeting organization, communication development, content development, event coordination and sales activities, process improvement, business operations management, agency management, extreme attention to detail, effective organization, team collaboration and the ability to work in a fast pace environment managing multiple tasks at a time.

This position reports to the Director, U.S. Sales Operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Manage, coordinate and execute weekly staff meetings including creating agendas, topic selections, presentations, managing timeliness of the meeting, working with the executive assistant on calendar invites/management.
- Manage travel for field/headquarter approvals.
- Manage and support Cadillac Premiums including ordering, dealer distributions, internal as well as customer experience requests and inventory of all items.
- Leverage daily sales report, daily sales tracker and the Retail Planning team to assist in content development and awareness of the business needs, escalation for leadership meetings and providing necessary business updates (Go To Market, Strategy Session, EV Stand Up, All People Meetings, Townhalls, Dealer meetings and communications).
- Organize and facilitate w/agency support effective and consistent messaging for Dealer communications including Quarterly Dealer videos, Quarterly Dealer Newsletters and content development for All Dealer Calls.
- Manage agency work scope execution for Dealer communications, Cadillac Premiums, Cadillac contests, special project creative/content development, trainings and meetings. Including overseeing annual timelines, script development providing input and edits to the lead writers and production teams for the General Director North America Cadillac Sales, Service and Marketing and Director, U.S. Sales Operations.
- Assist with Cadillac work scope annual development.
- Effective collaboration with cross functional and Divisions.
- Lead the development of the yearly goals/priorities for the Sales team based on business goals and performance objectives.
- Ensure transparency of business updates, documents ease of access / managing shared files.
- Collaborate with Sr. Manager Cadillac Retail Strategy, Field and Dealer Performance with Go To Market content development, Dealer Council meetings, Dealer calls and Dealer communications.
- Interface and support Cadillac Regional Directors with day-to-day tasks, help needed, content development, business updates and special projects.
- Lead weekly alignment meetings with Cadillac Business Planners and Executive Assistants (Sales, Service and Marketing).
- Support as backfill for Cadillac Business Planners in their absence.
- Provide travel support for General Director North America Cadillac Sales, Service and Marketing and Director, U.S. Sales Operations (Run of Show management, content support and development as needed, main contact with onsite agencies and owner of the meeting, training and/or event).
- Analyze data and/or team goals to improve or implement new ideas for success.
- Act as a resource to the team/business cross functionally developing clear and consistent presence in office, during meetings and during daily communication.
- Provide direction on suggestions to continue to improve within our team as well as our Workplace Of Choice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of working experience
