Our soon to open Cadillac Experience Centre based in the heart of Auckland, has a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for supporting the development and subsequent execution of strategies to grow the Cadillac brand while managing the overall retail performance of the operation. You will be joining GM at a time of exciting growth, as we establish the Cadillac brand and all-electric portfolio across ANZ.
As the Cadillac Sales and Customer Experience (CX) Manager you will oversee the day-to-day site operations whilst supporting and working with the broader teams to achieve the Cadillac retail and CX business objectives, develop on our "everybody in, hi-confidence, no pressure" culture and deliver on our ambitions of redefining the luxury automotive purchase experience.

Responsibilities & Duties but not limited to:
- Lead a motivated, high performing and results focused team of Cadillac sales and CX ambassadors to deliver on sales strategies and achieve sales, delivery, demonstration and CX targets.
- Oversee all aspects of the retail sites operations end to end.
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
- Live and breathe the Cadillac customer management system use and inputs to ensure customer data is accurate / up to date and that customer expectations are exceeded, and broader metrics achieved.
- Engage with potential Cadillac customers while building upon existing relationships with current customers.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of the Cadillac sales ambassadors and other site staff to develop a culturally strong and high performing team.
- Identify and communicate areas of potential improvement withing the sales process, training programs, customer service initiatives and any part of site operations.
- Assist with the effective onsite vehicle inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures at all stages of the sales cycle.
- 5 day working week inclusive of (some) weekends
About You:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager is essential. Previous EV or Luxury brand exposure is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales and CX team.
- Deep understanding of customer experience (CX) strategies and the ability to embed a customer-first culture within the team.
- Excellent communication, management skills and an approachable management style
- Excellent in monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in training, mentoring, and developing staff to build a culturally strong and high-performing team.
- Current NZ License.
