This role is categorized as HYBRID . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
Cadillac Marketing has an opening for an Assistant Website Manager ! This position is responsible for leading content strategy and website optimization efforts, and will aid in creating a world-class website experience, including strategy, creative development, implementation and management of related brand experience platforms, devices, and tools (vehicle configurators, inventory, etc.).
This individual should have strong analytic skills and a metrics-oriented decision mindset, a passion for brand and content strategy, creating target/audience specific content, driving traffic through SEO and digital optimization best practices, a deep understanding of website UX and an obsession with measuring to improve performance. The ideal candidate will leverage research, analytics and have a customer-obsessed mentality to assist with the development of new and innovative digital content and tools.

The position reports to the Digital/Website Manager and is part of the Cadillac Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Determine content needs that meet the company's strategic objectives and align with business priorities.
- Establish SEO goals and digital strategy and implement best practices to increase organic traffic and business outcomes year over year.
- Lead website content and asset development to support carry over, reveal, and launch vehicles and additional business priorities.
- Manage the day-to-day process and timelines, coordinating with PM leads, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead external/internal teams responsible for executing the digital strategy.
- Be an advocate for the user by implementing industry best practices, usability research and customer insights/principles throughout the design and development process.
- Manage and effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners within a large organization.
- Regularly review analytics reporting and provide actionable insights to enhance user experience and increase KPI conversion.
- Help drive ongoing digital optimization priorities, including A/B testing and Test/Target initiatives.
- Manage usability studies, competitive review/audits, and benchmarking studies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years digital marketing, website content, or digital product management experience Required
- Deep knowledge of content strategy, search engine optimization, and user experience (UX) design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience working on a consumer facing website
- Automotive experience - preferred

- Passion for the digital space with strong knowledge of digital trends and ability to innovate
- Outstanding understanding of content strategy implementation on consumer websites, as illustrated in past content strategy deliverables
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM and how they apply to content marketing
- Developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Experience leading multiple internal/agency partners and collaborating closely with them to bring your vision to life
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams across a large organization
- Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and translating user insights into site improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to digest site metrics and turn into recommended actions
- Demonstrated understanding of digital creative, digital media, and measurement
- Capacity to take ownership of tasks and drive through to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
