Description
- Auxiliar na implementação de procedimentos de higiene e manipulação de alimentos internos por meio do Manual de Boas Práticas, juntamente com o Cozinheiro.
- Realizar a pré-preparação e preparação dos itens do menu, de acordo com a Coordenação e as instruções do Cozinheiro.
- Auxiliar na orientação das atividades realizadas pelos Ajudantes Gerais e 1/2 Oficiais do restaurante.
- Participar da degustação final dos pratos, juntamente com os Cozinheiro e Cozinheiro Coordenador.
- Informar o Cozinheiro e / ou Coordenação de quaisquer não conformidades relacionadas com a operação, tais como: preparação e cocção de alimentos, limpeza, manutenção e / ou reparos de equipamentos, aspectos de segurança entre outros.
- Participar na preparação do menu mensal.
- Auxiliar na criação de novas receitas e / ou adaptações, quando necessárias.

Mandatório:
- Experiência na função em cozinhas industriais;
- Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver a necessidade;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Joinville;
- Ensino fundamental completo.
Desejável:
- Cursos na área gastronômica;
- Boas práticas de alimentação (higiene e manipulação).
