Description

You will lead the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems, and conduct appropriate checks and tests and communicates evaluation of results in addition to the following responsibilities:

Requisitos Mandatórios:

• Formação Superior completa em Engenharia Elétrica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Automação ou Tecnólogo em área de Exatas ou Já atuar em Nível 6 (liderança de Manutenção);

• Inglês Intermediário;

• Ter polivalência, conhecimento em Mecânica, Elétrica e Automação;

• Disponibilidade para atuar em qualquer um dos turnos, inclusive finais de semana quando necessário;

• Atuação presencial na planta de Gravataí/RS.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Formação Técnica Senai adicional será um diferencial;

• Vivência anterior na área de Fabricação, ou parte do processo de Fabricação;

• Já ter exercido função de Planejador de Manutenção ou Liderança;

• Conhecimento em Máximo e na gestão de KPI's da Manutenção e aplicação GMR;

• Domínio de gestão financeira dentro da conta 5000 e responsável por suas iniciativas de redução de custos;

• Conhecimento em Manutenção Mecânica e eletrônica, com ênfase em sistemas hidráulicos;

• Conhecimento em máquinas de injeção de grande porte;

• Conhecimento Conveyors em Geral e em sistemas elétrico e de automação;

• Conhecimento em Rotinas de Manutenção Robôs Fanuc e Robos Fanuc.
