Vaga para atuação presencial na planta de Joinville/SC
Atividades:
- Auxiliar na pré-preparação dos itens do menu (higiene e corte de alimentos);
- Auxiliar no controle / planejamento dos itens utilizados no menu;
- Coletar e identificar amostras de alimentos;
- Levar a comida da área de preparação para abastecer os frigoríficos e estufas;
- Aferir temperaturas de equipamentos e alimentos e anotar em planilhas;
- Auxiliar na distribuição dos alimentos nos buffets;
- Auxiliar no recebimento e guarda dos alimentos em estoque e câmaras;
- Auxiliar na obtenção da padronização das preparações em conjunto com 1/2 Oficiais e Cozinheiros, através da utilização das receitas padrão;
- Auxiliar nos serviços de higienização de utensílios, equipamentos e áreas de trabalho;
- Realizar a limpeza diária dos equipamentos e utensílios;
- Auxiliar na operação das composteiras do restaurante;
- Zelar pela limpeza e organização da sua área de trabalho;
- Auxiliar os colegas de trabalho sempre que necessário;
- Auxiliar no preparo e distribuição de coffees breaks e outros eventos;
- Participar no trabalho desenvolvido na filosofia interna das equipes de trabalho e de segurança;
- Seguir as orientações da coordenação, mantendo um comportamento participativo e dedicado nos assuntos pertinentes à área de trabalho.
