•    Develop and maintain staffing plans to ensure the proper resources are available to support the program. 
•    Analyze customer requirements, identify areas for improvement, and work with program leadership to develop improvement plans
•    Conduct research and develop recommendations and plans to include training plans and materials, presentations, and other artifacts to improve/support operations and customer support
•    Assist with Triage, Incident Management, Quality reviews.
•    Serve as a mentor to team personnel advising on best practices and providing recommendations
•    Delivering excellent customer service and quick resolution of technical issues for customer via chat, email, and deskside support. 
•    Support Tier 1 on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, iPads, and associated peripherals. 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft Windows, desktop applications, collaboration tools, shared drives, email, and other technologies. 
•    Supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory products. 
•    Documenting and tracking customer incidents and requests via ticketing management system by updating troubleshooting and resolution efforts and efficiently escalating tickets to appropriate teams when applicable. 
•    Isolating and resolving issues with individual workstations. 
•    Acting as a resource to answer user questions about hardware and software issues. 


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 
•    Required Experience: BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of full time helpdesk experience in a leadership position. 
•    Required Technical Skills: CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570 Compliance) required within 6 months of starting
•    Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI Eligibility 
•    Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to pass a basic English Language assessment test 
 

The likely salary range for this position is $96,034 - $93,438. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
